All good managers are leaders in different degrees. They must carry out their visions of creating their own visions leaders that support this broader view. Every good CEO knows how to give support to their employees. There is always an opportunity to grow with coaching and mentoring.

A CEO cannot be the sole leader of an organization. There are many leadership tasks that must be accomplished in the company. A single leader cannot make them alone. How do you keep the loyalty of the people in a company that is reducing its structure?

Leadership is more than allowing people to do their best and become the best. Leaders inspire people as they set policy controls who buy loyalty. Besides, organizations with effective leaders throughout their organization will find themselves much less structure reducing those organizations lacking leaders. If you have leaders, you will find yourself doing the right things and when difficult times come along, you’ll be honest and compassionate.

Anyone can become a leader with a desire to achieve a goal. The features can be changed or modified, focusing on the most desired features and using them to master the features that do not work. This is one of the reasons why there are no perfect leaders; we all have a few unhealthy traits. Nevertheless, the best leaders focus on, grow from enhancing the most desirable, and dominate weaker traits.

Despite what most people think, new technologies are not affecting leaders or people in general. On the contrary, good leaders are reaching their goals by choosing the right tool (technology) for them. Top leaders focus on their goals and do what is necessary to achieve them; they do not choose a technology and then try to achieve their goals.

Leaders are change agents to guide, develop, and grow their teams. Are you familiar with the so-called “new leader” trends? Leaders have mobilized continuous leadership by following previous theories.

Theory X:

Considering theory X, the ordinary human being feels an intrinsic repugnance towards work and will avoid it whenever possible. Because of this human tendency to shun the work most people must be forced to work by force, controlled, directed, and threatened with punishment to develop the right effort to achieve the objectives of the organization. The average human being prefers to be directed and wants to sidestep responsibility, has relatively little ambition and wants most of all safety.

Theory Y:

As far as theory Y is concerned, the development of physical and mental effort in work is as natural as play or rest. The average human being dislikes essentially no work. External control and the threat of punishment are not the only means to channel human effort toward organizational goals, every human need to remain committed.

While Theory X is still widespread for many managers, it is considered an outdated mindset. The degree of power the leader requires is determined by the objectives to be achieved. Power does not corrupt. Corruption is the degree to which someone’s action has turned into a moral scale that a society or community has established. Although their actions are controlled by the kind of power they have is the inner power which leads to action.

If much has been written about leadership, why are there so few leaders in business? Only people who work for others have the authority to call a person a leader. Too many people equate leadership with authority. Companies that lag behind its competitors, often have a lack of leadership in their ranks. While large organizations have leaders from top to bottom. It takes many people to achieve a specific goal, it is about motivation and continuous work.
