When a low level worker is given the chance to convey his ideas and contribute to the company’s success, then more employees will most likely be emboldened to do the same. This healthy exercise can prevent unwanted criticism and unnecessary conflicts between co-workers, thereby increasing their ability to finish their jobs more efficiently.
